President & Executive Creative Director
Andy first joined the company as a writer in 1989, days after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He worked a second time for the company in the early `90s. In his third and final time here, he now oversees our daily operations and contributes to the strategy, culture and creative product of the company.
He’s worked on brands including Pepsi, Lava Lamp, Big Boy, Sargento, Huggies, Miller Brewing Company, Oscar Mayer, Fruitopia, The DISH Network, and The Green Bay Packers. His work has been featured in numerous national publications and at national award shows.
Andy has spent many years in improv and sketch comedy, and has been in a rock band for over 20 years. He and his wife are raising three fantastic daughters.
